Insert PDF into PDF is useful when a separate appendix, signed section, cover document, form, or set of pages needs to be placed inside an existing PDF. Instead of manually rebuilding the document, choose a main PDF, choose the PDF you want to add, and select the point where the second document should begin.
How to insert one PDF into another
- Choose the main PDF.
- Choose the PDF whose pages should be inserted.
- Wait for the main PDF page preview to load.
- Click a page thumbnail to insert the second PDF before that page, or choose the last-page position.
- Click Insert PDF & Download and verify the resulting page order.
Limitations and honest expectations
- This version inserts the complete second PDF as one block; it does not select individual pages from that file.
- If you need only a few pages, use Extract Pages first.
- Password-protected PDFs may need to be unlocked before processing.
- Large PDFs can use significant browser memory and may be slower on mobile devices.
- Rewriting a PDF can affect some advanced features such as digital signatures, interactive form structures, or unusual embedded objects.
